The saga continues...
I have hit the six month mark at work and I'm still working. I'm not sure that I've recovered from the rush around Remembrance Day. But I'm still here.
I am now a year off of antidepressants. I don't feel the need. And I even got through winter! I still take a lot of iodine. I tried to cut back but it just didn't feel right. I have added a wee bit of Erfa Thyroid to my Cytomel. I also take progesterone cyclically. I will see the doctor soon to see how my blood work looks. I am still not feeling great.
Sleep is still a major issue. Body pain would be the other major issue. I am pretty sure they're tag-teaming me! One definitely affects the other.
Some time back I told a friend that my very short "Bucket List" contains only one item: a good night's sleep without medication. I apparently still have a lot of work to do.
So when all is said and done, things are somewhat better. I am employed. I will be completely off of the Disability roll in one month. That is progress. Outside of work and my home responsibilities, I don't do much of anything else.
For now, that's plenty.
